This coffee is cultivated at 1,450 to 1,600 meters above sea level, where each bean is handpicked and carefully selected by local farmers. The process includes controlled fermentation for 18 to 24 hours, sun-drying on raised beds, and a gentle washed method. Finally, it undergoes a medium roast +1 point, optimizing its qualities and highlighting the authentic flavors and aromas of Colombian coffee.
